How long until I see real credit movement?

Most clients see meaningful score movement within 60–90 days, with more substantial change at the 6–9 month mark. Every file is different, so we set expectations on day one based on what we actually see in your report.

What credit score do I need to buy a house?

FHA programs can work as low as 580, but to get the rates and terms that actually save you money long-term, we aim for 640+. We’ll map your target score to your timeline and the home you’re after.

Do I have to pay everything upfront?

No. We offer flexible payment plans built around your actual cash flow. The whole point is that getting help with your financial future shouldn’t require a financial emergency to start.

Will you work with me if my credit is really rough?

Yes. Most of the clients who come to me start in tough spots — collections, charge-offs, low or no credit history. That’s the work. We build from where you actually are, not where you’re supposed to be.

Do you only work with people in Mt Pleasant?

I’m based in Mt Pleasant and serve Mt Pleasant and the surrounding areas, but the coaching, credit work, and consultations all run virtually. Clients across the country can work with me the same way.
